Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to customers across the United States.
At this time, international shipping may not be available for all products.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 0–1 business day after payment is confirmed.
Most orders are delivered within approximately 2–3 business days after shipment, depending on the delivery location, carrier service, and operational conditions.
Delivery times may vary during holidays, severe weather, high-volume periods, or carrier delays.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We use trusted shipping carriers, including FedEx, to deliver reading pillows, wedge pillows, backrest pillows, and other comfort products.
Carrier selection may vary depending on the delivery address, package size, product weight, and available shipping service.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped and tracking information becomes available, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label is created or after the package is scanned by the carrier.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Some carriers, including FedEx, may not deliver certain oversized packages to PO Boxes.
A valid residential or commercial street address may be required for delivery.
What happens if my package is delayed?
Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays caused by weather, holidays, operational disruptions, incorrect addresses, or seasonal demand.
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact our support team and we will help review the shipment status when possible.
What should I do if my package says delivered but I cannot find it?
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check around your delivery area, mailbox area, front desk, neighbors, or building office when applicable.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery notification so we can review the issue and assist when possible.

What products does Melhany Home sell?
Melhany Home focuses on home comfort products, including reading pillows, wedge pillows, backrest pillows, bed lounge pillows, memory foam support pillows, and related comfort accessories.
Why is my pillow compressed in the box?
Many of our pillows and oversized comfort products may be vacuum-compressed to reduce shipping size, protect the product during transit, and improve handling efficiency.
This packaging method is normal for many foam and comfort products.
How long does the pillow take to fully expand?
Most pillows begin expanding within a few hours after opening.
For best results, allow approximately 24–48 hours for full expansion and optimal firmness. Expansion time may vary depending on product size, material, room temperature, and time spent in compressed packaging.
Is a mild foam smell normal after opening?
A mild odor may occasionally be present after unpacking due to packaging, compression, or material characteristics.
This is usually temporary and may improve after the product airs out in a well-ventilated room.
How should I clean my pillow?
Please follow the care instructions provided on the product page, product label, or product packaging.
Depending on the product model:
- Removable covers may be washable when permitted by the care label.
- Foam inserts generally should not be machine washed, soaked, or exposed to high heat.
- Foam inserts may be spot cleaned gently with a damp cloth and mild soap when needed.
Improper cleaning methods may damage the product and affect comfort, shape, or performance.
Can product color or size vary slightly?
Minor variations in color, texture, firmness, stitching, or dimensions may occur due to manufacturing, packaging, lighting, and screen display settings.
Small variations are normal and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items, starting from the date the order is delivered.
Returned products must generally be unused, in original condition, and returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.
How do I request a return?
To request a return, please contact our support team before sending any item back.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete
After reviewing your request, our team will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a Return Authorization number or return reference.
Who pays return shipping costs?
For non-defective returns, change-of-mind returns, incorrect size or color selection, or buyer’s remorse returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs and suitable repackaging materials.
If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete due to our error and the issue is verified, Melhany Home may provide a prepaid return label, replacement, refund, or another reasonable resolution when appropriate.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges may be available when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete and the issue is verified by our support team.
For non-defective items, customers may need to return the original item first and place a new order for the preferred size, color, or product style.
