30-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date the order was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

- The item must be returned with its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase, order number, or order confirmation may be required.
Returned items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any item back.

- Photos of the item, if it arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete
After your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a Return Authorization number or return reference.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or may result in processing delays.
Oversized Product Return Information
Many of our reading pillows, wedge pillows, backrest pillows, and comfort products may be shipped in vacuum-compressed packaging for safe transportation and easier handling.
Once these products expand after opening, they may be difficult to compress and repackage in the same way. For this reason, customers should carefully review product dimensions, colors, materials, and descriptions before placing an order.
For returns related to non-defective reasons, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect color selection
- Preference issues
- Buyer’s remorse
- Ordering the wrong size or style
the customer may be responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Appropriate repackaging materials
- Suitable shipping boxes or packaging needed for safe return delivery
We recommend keeping the original shipping box and packaging materials until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue
For verified issues caused by shipping damage, manufacturing defects, fulfillment errors, or incorrect items, Melhany Home may offer one or more of the following solutions:
- A replacement product
- A prepaid return shipping label
- A refund when appropriate
- Another reasonable resolution based on the issue
Approved resolutions for verified product or fulfillment issues will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If your refund is approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Most approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.
Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges may be non-refundable, unless the return is caused by our error or a verified product issue:

- Expedited shipping fees
- Return shipping costs for non-defective returns
- Packaging or handling costs related to non-defective returns
If a return is not related to a product defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error, applicable shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the final refund amount.

- The item shows signs of use, wear, washing, stains, odors, or damage caused after delivery.

Exchanges
