Melhany Home currently serves customers across the United States. Orders are shipped to valid residential or commercial street addresses within our available delivery areas.

Delivery availability, shipping speed, and carrier service may vary depending on the destination, product size, product weight, and carrier coverage.


Shipping Carrier

We primarily use trusted shipping carriers, including FedEx, to deliver reading pillows, wedge pillows, backrest pillows, and other comfort products to customers.

Carrier selection may vary depending on the item ordered, delivery address, package size, and available service options at the time of fulfillment.


Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within approximately 2–3 business days after shipment, depending on the delivery location and carrier service availability.

Delivery times for remote, rural, coastal, or high-volume delivery areas may vary. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holiday shipping volume
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
  • Operational delays outside our control

We do our best to process and ship orders promptly, but final delivery timing depends on the shipping carrier once the package is in transit.


Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed during normal business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Most orders are processed within 0–1 business day after the order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are typically processed on the next business day.


Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, may begin processing the same business day when inventory, payment confirmation, and fulfillment availability allow.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time may begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before the order is completed. Shipping costs may be based on:

  • Selected shipping method, when applicable

Order Tracking

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the label is created or after the package is first scanned by the carrier.


Oversized Item Packaging

Many of our reading pillows, wedge pillows, backrest pillows, and comfort products may be shipped in vacuum-compressed packaging to reduce package size, protect the product during transit, and make handling easier.

Because these products may expand after opening, we recommend keeping the original box and packaging materials until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.


Unboxing Instructions

When opening your package, please follow these instructions:

  • Carefully remove the product from the packaging.
  • Avoid using sharp objects directly against the fabric, foam, or pillow surface.
  • Allow the product time to expand after unpacking.
  • Place the product in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated area during expansion.

We recommend opening vacuum-compressed products within 7 days of delivery to help support proper expansion and product condition.


Product Expansion After Delivery

Some pillows and foam products may require time to regain their full shape after being removed from compressed packaging.

Most products begin expanding within a few hours. Full expansion and optimal firmness may take approximately 24–48 hours, depending on product size, material, packaging duration, and room temperature.

This expansion process is normal for vacuum-compressed pillows and comfort products.


PO Box Restrictions

Some carriers, including FedEx, may not deliver certain packages to PO Boxes.

A valid residential or commercial street address may be required for delivery. Orders with incomplete, invalid, or unsupported addresses may be delayed or canceled.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unsupported address, additional shipping charges, return shipping costs, or reshipment fees may apply.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or shipment.


Lost, Delayed, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, arrives damaged, is incomplete, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery notification or delivery issue.

Please include the following information when contacting us:

  • Your tracking number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Photos of damaged items or packaging, if applicable
