Vacuum-compressed packaging is normal for many foam and oversized comfort products and does not necessarily indicate product damage.

Unboxing Instructions

When opening your package, please follow these instructions:

  • Carefully remove the product from the shipping box.
  • Avoid using sharp objects directly against the fabric, foam, zipper, or seams.
  • Remove plastic packaging carefully.
  • Place the product on a clean, flat, and well-ventilated surface.
  • Allow the product to expand naturally before regular use.

For best results, we recommend opening vacuum-compressed products within 7 days of delivery.

Please keep all plastic packaging materials away from children and pets.

Foam Expansion Process

Memory foam, shredded foam, and other compressed pillow materials may require time to fully expand after unpacking.

Expected Expansion Timeline

  • Initial expansion: Usually begins within a few hours after opening.
  • Full expansion and optimal firmness: May take approximately 24–48 hours.

Expansion time may vary depending on:

  • Room temperature
  • Product size
  • Foam type and filling material
  • Time spent in compressed packaging
  • Storage and transit conditions

A mild odor may occasionally be present after opening due to packaging, compression, or material characteristics. This is usually temporary and may improve after airing out the product in a well-ventilated room.

General Care Recommendations

  • Keep the product in a clean and dry indoor environment.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.

Cleaning Instructions

If your product includes a removable cover, follow the care label attached to the product. General recommendations may include:

Foam Inserts

Foam inserts generally should not be machine washed or submerged in water.

To help protect the foam material:

  • Do not machine wash foam inserts.
  • Do not place foam inserts in a dryer.
  • Do not soak or submerge foam in water.
  • Do not expose foam to high heat.

If cleaning is needed, gently spot clean the affected area using a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow the foam to fully air dry in a well-ventilated area before reuse.

Improper washing, drying, soaking, or heat exposure may damage foam materials and affect product comfort, shape, and performance.
