We ship within the United States only. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Returns
You can request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery, including change of mind. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging where possible.
We charge no restocking fee. If your item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, we cover return shipping with a prepaid label. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Please contact us for a return authorization before sending anything back. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of inspection.

Care
Removable covers can be machine washed on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent, following the product's care label. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, which break down fibres over time. Tumble dry low or line dry.
Do not machine wash foam inserts or mattresses. Spot clean these with mild detergent and cold water, then allow them to air dry fully before use.
Items that ship vacuum-compressed need up to 72 hours to reach their full shape after unboxing.

Shipping is free on every U.S. order, with no minimum. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive 6–10 business days after shipment. Mattresses and other oversized items sit at the longer end of that range. You'll get a tracking number by email once the order ships.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery, including change of mind. There is no restocking fee. Contact us first for a return authorization — we'll send instructions and the correct return address. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders ship back to us on a prepaid label.
My item arrived compressed. Is that normal?
Yes. Many of our products ship vacuum-compressed so they travel safely. Unpack the item, shake and reshape it, and allow up to 72 hours for it to reach its full size and firmness.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it falls under our Return & Refund Policy.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. Melhany Home currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
